Japanese Cuisine in the Baltic

The title might not feel right. It is funny that a trip to the Baltic countries (regions of Europe near Russia) is filled with eating Japanese food. But that will be an interesting thing to try. The local people might recommend a restaurant called the Lido. It is cheap, convenient, and the food is tasty. According to some information on the Internet, Lido, one of the oldest restaurants in Riga is a cozy place to eat. It is highly recommended for tourists to come here.

From the outside, Lido looks very comfortable. The benches are made from natural wood. The lights are a bit dim with candles on every table. It sells roasted foods. There are also vegetarian foods.

Precisely in the area of Riga central station, there is a mall there, complete with a supermarket. Moment around us, decided to enter a Japanese restaurant, Gan Bei. Price is a major attractor factor. You can order green tea, soup, fried rice and fried big shrimp. Portions are not too large. Simply create Asians like our stomach. The waitress locals dressed like Japanese.

The menu for children consists of fries, salad, fried fish and rice, plus the fruit as a dessert. Mother and Dad chose the salmon Donburi menu. It is delicious.

In Lithuania, there is also Gan Bei restaurant. This name is the same with the restaurant in Riga, Latvia. But the menus are different. Gan Bei Kaunas types of food are more diverse.
