Most people believe that a cup of coffee can relieve drowsiness. However, it was disputed by researchers, recently.
According to them, caffeine in coffee only serves to stimulate a kind of illusion to the brain to not feel sleepy. However, the effect would not have a significant effect when only drink a cup of coffee.
Peter Rogers, a researcher from Bristol University said the results of research it was revealed that communities do not benefit from consuming drinks containing caffeine. Although, we are always warned about the effects of caffeine but still we believe that by consuming caffeine everything will be back to normal.
“On the other hand, caffeine can increase anxiety. Unfortunately, many coffee lovers who ignore this effect,” she quoted from dailymail bleak, some time ago.
Previously, researchers involved 379 participants who did not consume coffee for 16 hours before the end of consuming coffee or anti-drowsiness pharmaceuticals. More than half the participants were eating less or even less caffeinated beverages.
Overall participants were then asked the level of anxiety and concentration and dizziness before and after the coffee or drugs. The researcher also provided a kind of test to the participants.
